Fly Casting Competitions

Take part in our Daily Casting Competitions and put your newly learned skills into practice. Whether you’re improving your technique or ready to test yourself, it’s a great way to get involved. Advanced anglers can also enter the British Fly Casting Club Game Fair Competition and compete at a higher level.

Casting Clinic

Join us on the banks of the River Tay for 20-minute fly casting lessons, available for both single-handed and double-handed Spey casting. Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to start fly fishing or an experienced angler wanting expert guidance, our fully qualified instructors are here to help.

Fly Tying Demonstrations

This activity will take place in the Fly Tying Marquee, where juniors are warmly invited to come along and take part. Youngsters will have the opportunity to design and create their very own fly or lure under the supervision of a professional fly tyer. Find out more here.
