Competition Judges
Subaru presents Kronch Four Nations Gundog Competition 2025 confirmed judges:

Stuart Morgan | Spaniel Judge
Stuart Morgan began training dogs as a teenager, fortunate to be mentored by the renowned Cyril Gwynne. His first trialling dog was FTW Bishwell Susan, and early in his career, he qualified both FTCh Fergie Finch and FTW Wernffrwd Celyn. After a break from dogs to pursue rugby, he returned to the sport with renewed passion and has since made up eight Field Trial Champions.
Alongside his success in gundogs, he and his family are also dedicated breeders and exhibitors of Welsh ponies, cobs, and more recently, Texel sheep. He is honoured to be judging at the Scottish Game Fair and is sincerely grateful for the invitation.

Kevin Doughty | Retriever Judge
Kevin, a seasoned gundog trainer since 1984, has over 36 trial wins and multiple FTCH titles. His current dog, FTCH Tideshot Vinny of Highseas, has qualified for the IGL Retriever Championship three years running.
An A panel judge since 1996, Kevin has judged major events, including the IGL and Irish championships. He is President of the Cambridgeshire Field Trial Society and Chairman of the Utility Gundog Society.
Based in Suffolk, Kevin runs Highseas training ground, hosting working tests and charity events. This year, he is thrilled to judge the Four Nations Competition for the first time.
