Meet our chefs for the Highland Firecage Kitchen, brought to you by Pete Gottgens.
Pete will welcome Michelin Star chef Tom Kitchin, as his guest chef on Friday and then on Saturday Pete has the pleasure of welcoming Tony Singh MBE.

Tom Kitchin
Tom Kitchin is proprietor of The Kitchin in Leith, which was awarded a Michelin Star in 2007, just six months after opening, making Tom Scotland’s youngest Michelin-starred chef proprietor at the age of just 29. The Kitchin has since retained its Michelin star, as well as 5 AA Rosettes since 2015.

Tony Singh
Tony Singh MBE is one of Britain’s best-loved celebrity chefs. Born and raised in Edinburgh, Tony is a proud Scottish Sikh whose food reflects both his heritage and his deep-rooted passion for Scotland’s incredible larder. For over 30 years, he’s brought people together through dishes that are bold, joyful and unmistakably his: where local, seasonal ingredients meet vibrant spices and a generous dash of humour.
