What are the opening times?
The opening times are subject to change. Please check the website closer to the event for the latest timings.
Is there parking?
Yes, free public parking is available.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, disabled parking spaces are available at the front of the main car park. Show your blue badge on arrival, you do not need to book these spaces they are free to use
Do carers go free?
Yes, carers can redeem complimentary tickets at the box office. Bring supporting documentation here.
Can I hire a wheelchair?
Yes, Event Mobility provides electric and manual wheelchairs. Book here.
Can I camp?
Yes, camping can be booked here
When does camping open, and what is the latest arrival time?
Campsite opens Thursday 2nd July at 12pm. Arrive no later than 8pm.Please contact [email protected] if you are unable to make this time.
What should I wear?
Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear waterproof boots if wet. Bring medication if allergic to hay or horses.Please note Shirts or tops must be worn at all times. Those not adhering to this policy may be refused entry or asked to leave
Is there food on site?
Yes, various bars and catering options. VIP package info here.
What age do children go free?
Children under 5 enter free.
Are there activities for children?
Yes, family and children’s activities available. See the website for details.
Is there lost property?
Visit the organisers’ office if you have lost or misplaced items.
Can I buy tickets on the gate?
Tickets available online in advance or at the gate. Early booking recommended.
Can I get a student discount?
Student tickets available with valid ID or documentation (UCAS/university letters).
How can I resend my tickets?
Visit Box Office → “More Information” → “Resend My Tickets”. Or please contact the box office for questions.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead. Clean up after your pet. Dogs allowed in Members Area and Grandstand seating.
Is there a Dog Crèche?
Yes, open daily 09:00–17:00. Do not leave dogs in vehicles. RSPCA & Police patrols help release dogs if left.
